How Do I Cancel My Upgraded Membership/credit Subscription?
You need to login to paypal and cancel it there.
Here is how to do it:
1) Log in to your PayPal account.
2) Click Profile at the top of the page.
3) Under Financial Information, click Recurring Payments, Pay List, or Pre-approvals List to find your payment.
4) Select the payment, and then click Cancel.
Otherwise they will continue to send us payments for the Upgraded membership/credits and our system will automatically extend your pro jockey membership or add further credits.

How Do I Remove My Account?
If for some reason you no longer want to hold an account with us you can remove yourself by logging in and clicking delete account. This is the only way to be removed. You will need to enter your password to confirm removal. You will also need to login manually to your Alertpay or Paypal account and cancel any subscriptions you may have with us as we can not do this and Paypal or Alertpay will keep sending us the money. Please not once your account has been upgraded for that month we are unable to refund any monies so do not forget to cancel that subscription should you delete your account.
