How do I get visitors to my website?
Simply, Sign-up and verify your website then visit 10 pages. After visiting the 10 pages the first race will begin and you will win some website traffic.

How do I earn credits without a surfing ratio?
At Traffic At The Races we work things differently, Instead of giving a viewing ratio we have added an element of fun to viewing for traffic. After visiting just 10 pages the Traffic At The Races Race will begin. 5 horses race to the finishing line all with a number of credits assigned to them. The one that wins equals the number of credits you receive for viewing that 10 pages.

What is a Loose Race Horse
A Loose Race Horse is a new bonus feature. Find a loose race horse while racing and you win bonus credits.

What other ways can I advertise with you?
You have 2 other great advertising options. You can exchange your credits for banner displays or for text link displays on the Traffic At The Races website or on the viewingbar. Full stats are provided on banner and text link advertising so you can see how well your ads are doing.

How do I join?
Simply click the Join For Free button on the left contents menu and fill in the simple form. Within 2 minutes your up and running.

How come I am not getting credits for viewing?
We do not have viewing ratios so you do not earn credits for viewing you earn credits when each horse race takes part after viewing each 10 pages in a block.

Do I get credits from referring others?
Free members get 10% of the credits won by the members they directly introduced (referrals). Pro Jockey's get 25% of credits won by their referrals. This is one level only (directly introduced members) we are not a MLM program.

I did not receive my activation email?
Please add support@trafficattheraces.com to your address book and/or allowed email list then click login link in the contents menu and press resend my activation link. If this still does not work it will be because your email service provider is filtering your mail before it gets to you. You will then need to sign up with another email address.

Will I Lose Credits That Are Assigned To A Site If I Delete It?
You can now delete websites that have credits assigned to them. Any credits assigned to a site when it is deleted will be added back to your account. If a site you delete has a % auto assign to it when you delete it the system will add that to the first site in your site list to make back the required % auto assign.

I'm a pro jockey but did not get my free credits this month?
Pro Jockey's (Paid premium memberships) receive there monthly free credits on the 1st of each month not the day the subscription renews.

What are credits?
They can be used to get your site seen by other members or exchanged for banner or text link adverts.

I cant see all the text on the surf bar what can I do?
The two most common causes are your screen not being maximised or not set to 1024x768 which is the best resolution to use TrafficAtTheRaces

How do I cancel my pro jockey subscription?
You need to login to paypal and cancel it there.
Here is how to do it:
1) Log in to your PayPal account.
2) Click Profile at the top of the page.
3) Under Financial Information, click Recurring Payments, Pay List, or Pre-approvals List to find your payment.
4) Select the payment, and then click Cancel.
Otherwise they will continue to send us payments for the pro jockey membership/credits and our system will automatically extend your pro jockey membership or add further credits.

How do I remove my account?
If for some reason you no longer want to hold an account with us you can remove yourself by logging in and clicking delete account. This is the only way to be removed. You will need to enter your password to confirm removal. You will also need to login manually to your Alertpay or Paypal account and cancel any subscriptions you may have with us as we can not do this and Paypal or Alertpay will keep sending us the money. Please not once your account has been upgraded for that month we are unable to refund any monies so do not forget to cancel that subscription should you delete your account.
